All prices are listed in US funds. International orders will be processed at the current conversion rates. Please use bank or postal money order payable in US funds.

Atlantic Flag & Banner is not responsible for typographical errors.

We accept checks, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.

If you are mailing in a check please send completed order information on order form including shipping charges. The easiest way to do this is to add the items to your cart, go to the order form, print it out and mail it with a check payable to:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to offer a replacment, credit or refund.

• All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of purchase and must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
  
  
• Items must be in "new" condition and in original packaging.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued in accordance with payment; check for payments by check, credit for credit card orders.
  
  
• Birthday, special occasion and holiday flags and banners (graduation, wedding, it's a boy/it's a girl, pleated fans, pulldowns, etc.) are NOT RETURNABLE.
  
  
• Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  For your protection, we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, wrap the package securely and return it to:

We will process your return immediately.

All packages are shipped via UPS at $ 9.00 per order except for flagpoles. There will be an additional charge for shipping of flagpoles depending on the destination. When your order contains a flagpole, we will e-mail you the total shipping charges or if you need to know before you order you can e-mail us for a price.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box so please provide a street address.

In the event of orders of substantial weight, AtlanticFlag.com reserves the right to assess additional freight charges. For rush orders, next day or second day service, e-mail us for shipping rate information.

All items shipped to Rhode Island will include 7% sales tax. Certain flags are not taxable in Rhode Island including all U.S. flags, Rhode Island state flags and P.O.W. / M.I.A. flags. If your order contains these non-taxable items we will adjust (lower) your total before we charge your credit card.

When you place an order at AtlanticFlag.com, you can be assured that the payment information you are providing will only be viewed by those with the proper authorization. This is possible through the use of Secure Socket Layers, or SSL.

Your order and payment information is transmitted on a secure "layer", shown by the letters "https" at the beginning of the Web site URL when you arrive at the ordering page. If you are using Netscape or Microsoft compatible browsers, you will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom. The use of the SSL will scramble (encrypt) the information sent from your computer to our server. When we retrieve your order, we have the authority to de-scramble (decrypt) your order and payment information. Online shopping is convenient, easy and secure.
